You've adopted, bought or rehomed a microchipped pet and need to record yourself as its keeper.

Before you start

  • Have your pet's microchip number ready (usually 15 digits). It's on your vet, shelter or breeder paperwork, or any vet can scan your pet.
  • You'll enter your pet's details and your contact details, then review everything before you pay.
  • Registration is a one-time payment from $21, paid securely by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them). You'll see the exact price before paying.
  • Afterwards you can update your details anytime from My Account.
